|The Big Dilemmas Project|
By investigating and tackling big dilemmas in relation to energy demand, food and water security, health, biodiversity, and poverty and population, the project aims to come to a better understanding of sustainable futures and potential ways forward. The project is associated with the Climate change and sustainable futures research theme.
This year, Big Dilemmas will focus on the Future of Renewable Energy in the UK, and the lessons that can be learned from the Severn Estuary tidal energy scheme.
Students and academic staff from thirteen different academic programmes based at Streatham Campus in Exeter and Tremough Campus in Cornwall are involved in research, forums, symposia and other activities.
